I got back in the morning after having a sleep over at Beck's and just relaxed. I ended up Facetiming with my Mom, sister and Eric before lunch. Then it was time to hit the beach. The weather forecast said it was going to be very warm. It wasn't as warm as we thought but it was still good enough to go the beach. Jacinta and I just relaxed on the beach while Azra, Chris, and Anthony played some football.
One the second attempt to get in the water. Jacinta and I finally made it.
Anthony and Chris had their go pros and they got some good shots.

The water was freezing! We still managed to have fun though. We decided it was time to get out when we couldn't feel our fingers, toes, and everything in between. We sat on the beach for 15 mins trying to warm up but the sun was behind clouds. We headed home to take nice hot showers.
Then I got ready to go to Beck's for STAR TREK!! Beck's mom had not seen the new Star Trek movies so we decided to watch them. It was a lot of fun! Beck thought we were speaking a different language. After the movie I headed back to uni and crashed. I had to get up somewhat early to pack in the morning.
Wednesday
The morning consisted of packing for my mini trip to Melbourne to visit Nick and his family. I was also going there to meeting my Dad and grandpa at the airport. I caught the 11:14am train to Melbourne. I dosed a little bit on the way there but mostly I just admired the country side. Australia is truly beautiful! After a call to Nick and talking to a few people at the train stations, I made it to Nick. It was great to see him again. We caught up about life in Warrnambool and Uni. Then we headed out to the beach to walk Jessie, the dog. She was so happy!
We walked along the famous bathing houses as well. Each of these "houses" (no electricity and only for rent) are a quarter of a million dollars and make this beach famous.
It was a very warm a beautiful evening. We stopped at Nick's grandpa's house on the way back to say hi. He insisted we have a little bit of dinner before heading off. After sampling their delicious meal. We were off to eat a family dinner outside at Nick's house. The rest of the evening we just relaxed watching an Australian TV show.
Thursday
I got to sleep in! It was great!! After Nick and I were up and moving for the day. He drove me around the race track where they have the Melbourne Cup. It was really cool to see that part of the city. We then took the train into the city to meet Nick's friend James. We met up to eat at Oasis Bakery. It was a Lebanese shop and cafe. Amazing food!!!
James came back to Nick's place after and we all just relaxed and watched videos. James eventually had to leave for training and I took a cat nap when Nick dropped him off. Then we went snorkelling at Middle Brighton beach (by the bathing houses). It was a great snorkel.
I was very excited to find one... I have been looking for one since I arrived in Australia. And I finally found on all on my own!
I think she was pregnant because her belly was huge. When I dove down to get another picture she got very defensive and stuck her tail straight up. Needless to say I got out of there quick. She was absolutely beautiful though!
We had no idea how late it was when we got out. We could have stayed in there for ages! The sunset, as we were leaving, was fantastic! We got back to his house and cleaned everything up. It was so late that he had to call and order sushi for us and his mom before we left the house.
We had such a lovely dinner with his mom! She is so encouraging and so positive about life! I am so blessed to have had such a great family of friends!!
Friday
Our last snorkel as snorkel buddies. Nick will be coming to Warrnambool to visit before I leave but it was the last time we would snorkel together. We went to a new spot near his house called Black Rock. It was spectacular!
We could have stayed in all day but we had to get out because Ben was coming to pick me up to go to the Yarra Valley. We quickly got cleaned up just in time for Ben to come. Then I had to say my first good bye to Nick's family. I didn't cry, I almost did but I pulled it together.
Then Ben and I were off the Yarra Valley for wine, cheese, chocolate, and beer tasting.
Our first stop was the Yarra Valley Dairy where we tried some yummy cheeses and saw some beautiful views.
Next stop was the Yering Station winery.
Then it was time for lunch!
Then we had ice cream for dessert at...
Then we visited the Healesville Glass Blowing Studio. We watched him make a plater.
Some of his other pieces!
Then we stopped at the White Rabbit Brewery to try some beer!
Then the last stop was at Oakridge winery. It was very bizarre to see oak and maple trees around.
It was a very beautiful and hot day. After the Yarra Valley we headed to Ben's old house in Melbourne. We ate dinner with his old housemate at a near by pub. Then we watched Star Trek. It was a relaxing evening before heading to the airport to pick up my Dad and Grandpa.
