Beginning of my Final Week

I didn’t get a lot of sleep because people were up talking at 7:30. I decided to get up and join them. Minion and I talked about the night for awhile before Josh woke up. We all piled in front of the heater and laughed at the stories from the night before. Beck came in an hour later very confused that I was at the house. She had forgotten I had come back. She went back to sleep for another hour. After that it was time to go out for brunch! We picked up Azra on the way. We of course ate at Fig Sellers. I got the smashed avo, which was delicious! It began to rain at the end so we said our good byes. Azra and I went back to Beck’s to help clean up her house. Then we watched a movie. Ben pick us girls up to do a wine tasting at Dan Murphy’s. It was also the last time I would see Barry. When I was about to leave he came up and gave me a big hug, kiss on the cheek, and said good luck. I didn’t cry, but I realised that the upcoming week was going to be very difficult with all the good byes.

Back at uni, I got ready for BBQ at the Borgus’s. Ben Pohlner picked me up and we then picked up his wife before heading back to the house. The girls were play monopoly. We went upstairs to have appetizers before the BBQ. It was great to catch up with Pastor Borgus and his wife and the girls. I was jealous of the all their energy. The girls took me out to play on the trampoline while the final touches were being made on dinner. They were very excited I could do flips. Dinner was amazing. I think all omas are the best at cooking. I was so full by the end of dessert I thought I was going to pop. Abby was the entertainment for the evening. She is able to do waves with her tummy. We all got a good laugh. The rest of the evening I was at the mercy of the girls. We played on the trampoline, looked at the fish, and played monopoly. I was exhausted by the time I was leaving. Ben and Sarah were too.

When I got back to uni it was still before ten. I was determined to go to bed but then I got side tracked and ended up watching a movie with everyone. Beck and Josh even came over too. We stayed up until 1am. My other realisation was I was not going to get much sleep in the upcoming week because we all just wanted to spend as much time together as we could.
